The ToastLift app
Workout data
The first public release stores the workout information you enter or create — including exercises, sets, weights, workout history, preferences, and equipment choices — locally on your device.
No automatic data transfer
ToastLift does not automatically upload, sync, or back up workout information to ToastLift or third parties. It contains no advertising, analytics, accounts, AI/network features, or app network access. If a later version changes this, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure before that version is released.
Your choices
You can export your local workout data to a location you choose, share workout data with an app you choose, or permanently delete it using the Privacy section in the app. Once you export or share data, its handling is controlled by the destination you choose. Deleted data cannot be restored by ToastLift.
This website and support
If you use the contact form or email support, we process the name, email address, subject, and message you provide to respond to you. The form sends your message to our support inbox through Cloudflare Email Service. To limit abuse, the form also uses a short-lived hash of the sender IP address for one-minute rate limiting. We do not use support messages for advertising, sell them, or build a marketing profile. Do not include sensitive health, payment, or account credentials in a support request.
Children
ToastLift is not directed to children under the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update this policy if our data practices change. The current policy is published on this page.
