Where is my workout data stored?
In the first public release, your workout data stays on your Android device. ToastLift does not require an account or automatically transmit your workouts.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Use the Privacy section in the app to export local data to a destination you choose or permanently delete it.
Why did ToastLift suggest this workout?
Generated sessions consider your available time, equipment, preferences, recent training, and training freshness. You can still edit the generated workout before starting.
How do I report a problem?
Use the contact form. Include the Android version, ToastLift version, the steps that led to the issue, and a screenshot if one helps explain it.
